How to download silkroad online?

Now that Silkroad Online is under JOY MAX HUB.
I am unable to reach the download site! There is a problem with their website..
When you click download, it requires you to log in, when you log in with your account,
nothing happens and it requires you to re-log in again, and this process keeps on recurring which
results in nothing!!

Thus, I am unable to DOWNLOAD THE GAME!! Anyone got any alternative link that has the latest version or solve this problem?
