Hi,

Previously I was using Window Xp and i doesn't have this error at all. But now, switched to Window 7, I installed Getampedsea and at the login page i got this DIRECTX.USED.MESSAGE. The graphic in the game seems worst den the time when i was using window xp.
PLEASE HELP! THANKS. tried searching google for a solution but couldn't find any.

Firstly, i will not be responsible for anything that goes wrong with your com after following these methods... Muwahahahahahahaha.
(NOTE : DO NOT UNINSTALL GETAMPEDSEA FROM YOUR WINDOWS 7)

Method 1 :


If you are using the game launcher, try running amped.exe from your folder where u installed Getamped. Default path would be
"C:\Program Files\AsiasoftSEA\GetampedSEA\amped.exe"

If method 1 works, ignore everything below, but if you see black borders in your game client after using amped.exe, proceed with Method 2 first.


Method 2 :

Simply Re-install, no harm trying.

Still got black borders? Go to Method 3.


Method 3 :

Install a clean copy of GetAmpedSEA on your Windows XP. Run the game client using amped.exe and close full screen by clicking on Game Settings, check close for Full screen and apply. Next, exit the client and proceed to copy the whole of AsiasoftSEA folder from program files or wherever you installed it over to Windows 7.

Default path would be "C:\Program Files" Doing this would overwrite everything related to GetAmpedSEA inside the AsiasoftSEA Folder in your Windows 7. Finally, start game using amped.exe.

To sum up the long explanation of method 2, install GetAmpedSEA in Windows XP and copy the whole folder into Windows 7. *trollface*

If the above 3 methods don't work, i must say, too bad... wait for some mod or imba ppl to help.
