1. Your location.
2. When did the crash happen. Please be specific regarding this. (example : game crash in the loading screen after select character)
3. "date.dmp" from your RO2 game folder > SHIPPING folder. Kindly put this files into zip file and upload it to dropbox, Post your download link here. This .dmp file
usually appear after your game crash.


We will send this file to our team for investigation.

I tried to log in the game since the start of beta, and still couldnt even try it, now beta is finished, i'm very dissapointed with the game client problems

I have the perfect solution for both of you.
You just need to download languages from the east so you have chinese and korean.
The thing (like when i tried the obt in korean) is : after the selection there is a cinematic but there is also a voice speaking in korean = game crash because the computer can't speak it.
And after that you select your main language as chinese (singapour).

In short, the installer is not in full size and you need to download again.

Second bug: Account don't exist or wrong password (even though it worked one time and stopped after and i am sure i have put the correct password).
In short, it's because i changed the resolution of the game. I think the game become crazy because of that and think the account don't exist. What you do: is 1.put the very first setting the game were: 1280x800 2. or you choose to change the resolution of your computer or you choose to select window mode in options of RO2.

Third bug: You create your character but after trying to select him and play RO2 close itself.

NORMALLY, after you solve this problem, you will be able to play. See you in game (for last day).

is ro2 only playable on win 7? or only on 64?

Well I think your post it's not right here, because this thread its to link the report files for the crash after character selection. But anyway i must say your solution don't work, at least for me, changing Regional Settings to Chinese (Singapour) make the game don't recognise your fonts leading you to the known error: "Nonexistent account or wrong password", anyway if you have Windows 7 you don't need to download any Language Pack, but i had yet Korean, Chinese and Japanese since I installed W7 long time ago, because some games can't run properly without them.

The correct setting that worked for me was: English (Singapore). The only one with i got more far until create my character.
Another thing i did was to download the last Manual Patch "121208_RO2ManualPatch_v2.exe" but not use the installer, extracted myself with winrar and copy-paste directly to the main install folder RO2. I modified too this keys in the registry: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes] <MS Shell Dlg> and <MS Shell Dlg2> both values to Verdana.

And updated my graphics driver with the latest Nvidia 310.70 Win7_64

I don't know if devs did something, probably they fixed it, I had to create my character again, and the old one was lost, but when i realized i could enter the game few moments ago, so my problem is solved, I started the game just like always and voalá now I can play (¿?) Yes, I'm in.

I heard this issue was fixed, but it seems to still occur to me. I cannot find the .dmp file... I searched in the map SHIPPING.

I am using Windows 8 and have 8 GB RAM. Any suggestions what I should do next? And where else I can try to search for this .dmp file?

Edit: I also checked the file that caused this 99%. Apparently, my system goes from 0.1 mb/s to 13.5 mb/s after the loading screen finished loading.
